Augusta District Dietetic Association is a non-profit professional organization of Registered Dietitians affiliated with the Georgia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Our goal is to promote good nutrition and health awareness through education, clinical practice, and research in our community. Each year, ADDA has hosted a Golf Tournament to help raise funds for the association. Funds raised from this event are used to support scholarships for dietetic interns and our association’s health promotion activities. Our members do not benefit individually from these funds, but our collective efforts directly impact the profession and the public we serve.
